Hi there! As the title of my blog suggests I'm just your average Jane. I love God, my country, my family, my friends, and I am learning to love myself. I strive daily to find a balance which allows time for all the things important to me. Just like you, I face the challenges of everyday life, including, but certainly not limited to, parenting, family finance, relationships, career, health, weight management and others. I am slowly uncovering the person I was meant to be through fitness and clean eating. I dont claim to have all of the answers, not even close, in fact I'm still on the learning curve myself. I find the road to be bumpy at times, but always manageable. I keep reminding myself that a permanent lifestyle change doesn't happen overnight. I may slip and I may slide but I will always keep climbing. My creative side and love for food finds me in the kitchen experimenting with ways to enjoy clean eating. My sincere hope is that my readers will find my recipes and stories useful on their own journeys to self discovery and fulfillment. It's easy to feel we are the only ones struggling along the way and it's nice to realize that we are not alone in our journey and though we may think that we are just plain, average and ordinary...there is someone in all of us that is absolutely extraordinary!
